Possible Bone Edema?


All images are PDW/FS. Successive slices showing medial femoral condyle bone edema
Is this a potential stress fracture or is it grade IV chondromalacia?







 Medial Miniscus looks a little suspect too, especially anterior and medial aspects.
Is this a tear or a flap?

Note pertrusion in this slice

Next slice shoes even more of this strange pertrusion on the anterior side?

Only one saggital slice seems to show the "bow-tie"- and not a good looking one either. Note the petrusion now seems disconnected?
