T2 Oblique slice

This T2 oblique slice shows a black line extending into the bone. Could this be a stress fracture line (+- 10mm)? Or possibly a small OCD lesion?

Possible Bone Edema?

Is this a potential stress fracture or is it grade IV chondromalacia?

 Medial Miniscus looks a little suspect too, especially anterior and medial aspects.

Is this a tear or a flap?

Next slice shoes even more of this strange pertrusion on the anterior side?

Only one saggital slice seems to show the "bow-tie"- and not a good looking one either. Note the petrusion now seems disconnected?
